☆ Terms of Service ☆

By commissioning me,
you agree to the terms of service listed below.

☆General Terms☆

  • All communications between the client and the artist must be conducted in a clear and polite manner. Ill conduct and behavior will not be tolerated.

  • I have the right to decline or discontinue a client’s commission order. This may be due to a violation of the terms of service.

  • Commissions are done on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Contact with the artist may be done via direct messaging on Twitter and Instagram, or through email.

☆Payment☆

  • Payment will be done via GCash (Philippine clients, PHP) or PayPal/Ko-Fi (international clients, USD).

  • A down payment of 50% of the total commission price is required before the commission work will begin.

  • Further revisions beyond the two free revisions provided will require an additional fee of 10% of the total commission price per revision.

☆Refund☆

  • Down payments are generally non-refundable. If the client chooses to cancel the commission once the down payment has been given and the commission has been started, they cannot demand for its return.

  • If the commission has been discontinued due to a violation of the terms, the down payment cannot be refunded.

  • If the commission has been discontinued due to the artist's personal circumstances, the down payment may be refunded.

  • Once the commission is complete, the client cannot demand for a refund.

☆Process☆

  1. The client has to provide a detailed description of the work they want commissioned. Reference images are highly encouraged (e.g. pose reference, clothing refence, facial expression reference, character sheet, etc.)

  2. The artist will provide a sketch after initial payment has been received. The client is allowed one free edit to the main pose and composition of the artwork at this stage.

  3. Once the sketch has been finalized, the artist will proceed with doing the lineart and filling in the base colors. A work in progress will be provided. The client is allowed one free edit of the colors at this stage. Further edits to the main pose and composition will not be allowed.

  4. Rendering will be completed once the base colors have been finalized. The client will be given the finished, full-resolution product once full payment has been received.

☆Copyright☆

  • I retain the rights to the finished artwork. You cannot claim that you did the artwork.

  • The finished work will be posted on my social media accounts (Twitter and Instagram) with the respective client tagged, unless requested otherwise by the client.

  • Original characters belong to their creators, be they from recognized media or completely original characters from the client. The artist does not claim ownership of these characters.

  • The client has the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (e.g. profile picture, posting on personal social media accounts, printing as personal decoration).

  • The client cannot cannot use this artwork for commercial purposes (e.g. printing merchandise and selling it, using the artwork in advertisements).

  • In the event that a client wishes to use my artwork for commercial purposes, a separate contract must be agreed upon.

  • I strictly prohibit the use of my work for non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

  • When posting my artwork on their personal social media accounts, clients are required to credit me and link back to my social media accounts.

  • Do not modify the final commissioned piece. Cropping is allowed but recoloring or drawing on top of the finished commissioned piece is not allowed.
